List of my publications  includes over 100 papers in scientific journals and proceedings of international conferences. You can see reprints of selected publications here. My recent activities are focused in design, fabrication and experimental studies of a novel device: Cold Electron Bolometer.

Fore some details in biography, here's my resume.

My family consists of my wife Natali and two sons Paul and Alexey, students at the moment.

My Interests

I guess that the best - and fastest - way to really get to know me is by discovering what I like. So here goes ...  I love to spent my time at the countryside, where I build myself (and with the help of my family) a country house. There is a small garden around it and it's a pleasure to be there in summer, autumn, spring, winter, any time. Besides that I spend a lot of time in improving and repairing my old car, that is a good way to relax doing simple things that bring some visible  results.
