The section "Interstellar Radio Messages" contains only abstracts and articles which were written about IRE's works. It's a reason why, for example, such classical subject as Arecibo Message does not present here. Some texts were corrected by our American colleagues in order to convert our local "Russian" English into the true English. We are very obligated to them for this assistance. And at the same time ask an indulgence at readers for this and some following texts, which were not "re-translated".
